MASTER CHEF
Born in Miyazaki town - Japan, head chef Kotaro Kiyota has trained and honed his skills through many famous restaurants in this region. With many years of experience as a sushi chef before deciding to come to Vietnam 5 years ago. He started his first restaurant under his name, Sushi Kiyota and was considered one of the first Omakase-style Japanese restaurants in Saigon. Widely supported and known by many people including the Japanese community. Following that success, he decided to cooperate in opening a new restaurant called Sushi Koji with the desire to bring Omakase culture to more Vietnamese people and tourists.
THE SPACE
Using black as the main color tone, from the beginning Sushi Koji choose a minimalist style to create a space with sophisticated design language, eliminating unnecessary decorations.
The main Sushi counter area is highlighted by a concentrated light source, where diners can both watch the processing process and enjoy the food from our chefs. In addition, there is a separate private Sushi bar area with a maximum capacity of 5 guests that offers a more private and special Omakase experience.
At the same time, diners can choose to sit at their own table in four private rooms with space overlooking the magnificent city scenery. The fabric walls with pattern textures is made to accentuate the decorative space. There is also the option to join these four rooms together to make it one big private dining room for large gatherings.
